Timeline...

CHANGE YOUR MIND & CHANGE YOUR LIFE

When we have recurrent issues in our life that are causing us to underachieve, it makes a lot of sense to go back and have a look at where these issues began and then bring about the changes needed to eliminate the obstacles to progress.

This type of change can take place very quickly with the use of wonderful little tool, called the Timeline.

If you can picture your life so far, as a line drawn in the sand and then imagine that you dropped a stone on that line, at every important moment in your life. Each of these stones contains the memory of that event in complete detail; the sounds, sights, feelings, smells and emotions. As we progress through life and new events occur, our mind checks back for previous events with which to compare the new event and therefore the way we should react. The problem is however, that if your first reaction was negative and under-resourced then this is the programme that you will use to deal with the new event.

The beauty of Timeline is that it allows us to go back to the original event and change the outcome. We can give our earlier self the resources it needs to gain a positive outcome, thereby removing the powerful negative thoughts, behaviours and emotions, which those events have installed within in our internal belief systems.

Because the use of Timeline enables us to quickly reach the root cause of any behaviour, it is possible to eliminate negative emotions and limiting decisions, change direction and create the desired future. It is truly possible to learn to live in the present, once you have removed fear, sadness, anger and guilt from your life.

To achieve that effective personal change, we first identify the problem by looking at present behaviour and then simply change that process by giving you the resources and strategies you need.
